How to Order & Our Design Process

To Order a Single Item:

1. Select your iPhone model under the "Device" menu.
2. Choose your preferred package under the "Style" options.
3. Click the "Upload Your Custom Design" button to attach a clear, front-facing photo of your pet.
4. Click "Buy it now", "Pay with PayPal", or choose "More payment options" to complete your purchase.

To Order Multiple Items (Different Devices or Photos):

1. Follow steps 1-3 above for your first custom case.
2. Click the "ADD TO CART" button.
3. For your next item, please completely repeat the process: Select the new "Device", choose the "Style", and most importantly, click "Upload Your Custom Design" to attach the specific photo for that second case. Then click "ADD TO CART" again.
4. Once all your custom items are in your cart, click the Cart icon.
5. Check the box that says "I agree with the terms and conditions", and then click the "CHECK OUT" button.

Our Fast-Track Design Process:

• Design Proof within 24 Hours: We will email you a design proof within 24 hours of your purchase. Please check your inbox (and spam folder).
• Fast Track Approval: To ensure your custom art arrives as quickly as possible, our approval window is 24 hours. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours of sending the proof, we will assume you love the design and will automatically proceed to production.

Each case is carefully crafted to order. Great art takes a little time, but your custom masterpiece will be well worth the wait.
